We had decided and agreed to work on the project for 11a on Jan 19th last week but the day of, my pro told me last minute that he couldn’t do the scheduled time because he was working rather than letting me know the week of discussions that our selected time wouldn’t work or that he was farther than anticipated. It’s a huge inconvenience since I needed the chairs upholstered by the first of February. I’m extremely disappointed in how he handled the details of our communication after setting a date and time! Now I have to waste more time searching again for someone else! It’s unprofessional and makes him an unrealiable pro because I had selected him to do a job and he couldn’t fulfill his job. I want and need someone who will communicate all the details especially if we’ve been discussing the project for a week!
