Pros: I asked Jose to install a Coax cable in my unit and the job was well done in a short amount of time (probably about 30-40 minutes)

Cons: Jose was about 30 minutes late to our scheduled appointment time.

Overall I am satisfied with Jose’s work and he was also very friendly.
