Ivan was fantastic! We hired him to install several picture frames and mirrors. He showed up on time, was pleasant and courteous to work with, and got it done within an hour as he promised in his bid.

Ivan has been extremely professional and responsive. He provides accurate estimates, takes the time to explain what needed to be done, and goes the extra length to ensure the job is done well and the customer is satisfied. I hired Ivan to regrout and seal my bathroom walls and floors. The job had to be done over a couple of days, and even though our schedules were not very cohesive, Ivan was very flexible about it, and making it work for me. He takes extreme pride in his work, even coming back again to address some minor issues with the utmost care. Ivan is very transparent about the cost of materials used, and pays careful attention to the work of his team as well. I would highly recommend Ivan to anyone who is looking for a handy man who has a keen eye on design and getting the job done right!
