Alfonso was very good at communicating when setting up the appointment. He also let me know he was running late for the appointment. He gave me a quote based on the work he thought my house needed. Based on our conversation, he was suppose to have 2 people doing the work and they would need 4 hrs to complete it. I liked how detailed he was when pointing the spots that needed attention. I was very exited. We had an appointment and he showed up alone. But had to reschedule as I had unexpected guests. The next day, he showed up alone again. Did the cleaning and 4hrs later he was "done". We did a walk through and found several things he mentioned he would clean but clearly were missed. He went over the places I mentioned he had included on the quote.
After about 1/2hr, I was done pointing out the places he had missed. I thanked him and paid him.
That afternoon, I swept the living room as my 6yr old spilled something. I found lots of dirt under the couch and ottomans. That made me mad and started sweeping the entire house. I found lots of dirt left everywhere. I didn't have to move any furniture to get to it. I went over with the duster and found lots of places that had dust.
I wish his quote would have reflected his work.
