I submitted requests for service from numerous appliance repair companies, but Prime Appliance Repair Services Inc. was the ONLY one that responded. They were on time, the service person was cordial, professional , and skilled. He replaced my LG washer drain pump and did general tune-up of my LG dryer as well. The total repair cost was significantly less than the maximum amount I had expected to pay per online research I had done in advance. It has been 2 weeks now since the repairs were completed and everything is working great. I give this company a rating of 10 out of 10!!!"
