I contacted Sparky Electric because my kitchen tube lights weren’t turning on and didn’t know why. The team immediately responded telling me they can come same day. Not only that, but just by explaining the issue over the phone, they were able to get an idea as to what I needed which was a ballast replacement. One of the team members stopped by and took care of the ballast replacement very quickly and with no issues and now the lights work perfectly. Very professional team and I really liked how they handled the payment transaction with giving me an invoice and providing me proof that the invoice was paid. Will definitely use them again for my electrical needs.
