I chose to work with Ravega because Daniel was outstanding in his communication skills and so he understood what I wanted to get accomplished. I wanted to get the termite work and also preventative treatment while at the same time putting on a new roof. He adjusted his schedule to work with us and treated the new wood quickly after the roofers installed it. Claudia paid great attention to details and I am impressed by her and the staff who did the tenting. I got pricing from four pest control companies and the price was competitive, almost the same. Ravega tipped the scale by their responsiveness and also for their pricing on the maintenance treatment plan.

I worked with Daniel at Ravega Pest Company. The day beforeI was to get a free on-site consultation, Daniel confirmed and gave me a time range of when to expect his arrival. I was shocked when he arrived right on time at the beginning of the time range that he gave me on the day of the consultation. He was incredibly patient and polite as I explained to him the situation with the pests that I was experiencing as well as when I was providing him the background. I also explained to him life circumstances and he provided me guidance on what would be best for my life circumstance which was actually less intensive than what I had thought would be needed to be accomplished. He then explained to me what his process would be and provided me an update once he completed it as well as a quote for the services he recommended. my mother and I both asked him questions about additional problems we were experiencing and he provided a brief summary and a suggestion on how we should move forward. Needless to say I booked him right on the spot right after the consultation and the quote. I cannot stress how professional he was and how well he represented his company. My entire family was impressed with his work, his friendliness, and overall professionalism. Luckily I was able to book him for the service the day after the consultation, and the work that he and his associate Marco provided were just as incredible as the experience that we had with the consultation process. My family and I feel incredibly blessed to have found such wonderful professionals and plan to continue to work with them into the future for all of our pest needs.
