James came promptly at the time he said and hauled all my junk away as agreed upon. There were zero surprises about the job, which is always nice. He was professional and very courteous throughout the process.Aug 23, 2019VerifiedJames R Loera Construction's reply

James work quality is bar none. You have to have time in order to work with James because he takes his time to make sure to give you professional quality work. He shows up on time every day and works late. If you’re not on a tight schedule I would recommend James for all you handyman and/or carpentry needs.Nov 13, 2019Verified

Thank you Mary! A pleasure to serve you.
Super chill & clear about how much a VERY TINY job would run me and was accommodating when I asked if he'd be able to combine it with some other handyman tasks in the future. Thanks for your bid & I look forward to working with you!Jun 4, 2019VerifiedJames R Loera Construction's reply
