- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Same as any other professional process to get to know the customer as well as for the customer to know me. Phone calling and emailing between both parties is preferred.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College graduated. University (didn't graduate) A+ Certified Networking and Novel Cetified IBM institute of Technology (worked 13 years for IBM Global Services) HP, Lexmark and Epson laser printers certified. Servers and Controllers trained. Programmer of code. Software and hardware specialist
