A+ Appliance Repair & Maintenance was very quick to respond to my inquiry, sent clear updates while on their way and arrived within the scheduled time window. Sam was very easy to work with, he was able open up the inner workings of our dishwasher and quickly diagnose the problem and expected costs. In our case it will make more financial sense to get a new dishwasher rather than repair the aging one, and I appreciate that Sam understood that and didn't pressure us for any additional work. His inspection will ultimately save us from wasting money on further repairs. I appreciate that he also was willing to take some extra time and look at our refrigerator and other appliances as part of the same visit fee. We feel in over our heads as first-time house renters, yet this experience working with A+ and Sam was stress-free.
