- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer transparent pricing for upholstery cleaning, couch cleaning, sectional sofa cleaning, and mattress cleaning services based on size and condition. Discounts may be available for multiple furniture items or larger projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers usually send photos of the furniture first. We provide an estimate, inspect the fabric type and condition, pre-treat stains, perform deep steam cleaning and extraction cleaning, and make sure everything looks fresh and clean before completing the service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands-on experience with upholstery cleaning, couch cleaning, mattress cleaning, fabric sofa care, stain treatment, pet odor removal, and modern hot water extraction equipment.
