I needed one of my air ducts reattached to the collar of the vent, as it had fallen off to the ground below my house. I could look through the air vent and see my crawl space below. I did not want to use the company that installed my ducts around eight years ago, as this is the second one to come off. This company has been great so far, starting with the woman who answered the phone. She listened to my issue and said she would assign their skinniest repairman as there is not much room in my crawlspace. Prior to showing up I received a text with the technician's name and photo plus his background. He arrived on time and quickly re- attached the duct, plus noticed a different duct had a tear. He took photos of his repair plus of the duct with the tear. I decided to replace the torn duct, and the same technician returned later that day to replace it. So far nothing but positives to say about this company.
