Totally YES!If you're looking for a trustworthy, professional, and reasonably priced HVAC company, this is the only one I'd recommend in the Los Angeles area.I own a short-term rental in the San Fernando Valley.Three days ago, one of my tenants texted me saying the heater wasn't working.I was freaking out because I'm currently out of state for the holidays!I Googled to find the right heating and AC company for me, and then I stumbled upon Pioneer Heating and Air. I read their reviews and called them right away.I was so surprised that they picked up the phone in a few seconds and were able to schedule me for the next day!!!! Like, there's a storm out there, I called 2 days before New Year's, and they were able to set up a tech appointment for the next day! What a win!!!!Motti, the technician, met with my personal assistant and told us we needed to change the furnace. I approved, and Motti ordered the furnace and installed it the next day!!Problem SOLVED.So... if you want someone professional and reliable to fix your AC or heater problems, talk to Motti. You won't regret it!

Great company!! As Im an owner of an Airbnb in the universal studios area Im fully booked year round and its really hard to take care of anything that breaks as my window is only a few hours only every few days (really hard to schedule) pioneer came exactly on time and were able to work with my crazy schedule, my heater stopped working and its a big no no for the guests (bad reviews potentially) they came fixed my heater in about 50 minutes while cleaning team was there, sent me pictures and videos and really gave me a reasonable price (I was ready to pay anything)Thank you guysHighly recommendedWill hire again!! (Hopefully in the far future)

Pioneers service was great and most importantly honest! I had other repair services come out to diagnose the problem with my heating system but each one pushed excessive and expensive repairs. Ariel from Pioneers came out and after checking our unit and system he concluded nothing was wrong with the actual system but instead the issue was most likely electrical.Honesty in the trades goes a long way, especially when competitors don't abide by it. If any actual HVAC issues occur in the future, Pioneers will be my first call.
