I've been a family law attorney for over 30 years now. I focus primarily on prenuptial agreements for couples getting married and mediation for couples getting divorced. I have an excellent track record with both. When it comes to prenuptial agreements, I have never had a single prenuptial agreement that I’ve drafted overturned or invalidated by any judge...not one. (And I work hard to keep the perfect track record.) And when it comes to mediation, I would estimate that approximately 95% of all cases that I’ve mediated have resulted in settlement agreements, allowing the parties to avoid trials and save a ton of time, money, and stress. I am in excellent standing with the State Bar of California and have never had any disciplinary actions taken against me by the Bar. (You would be surprised how many attorneys have.) I have the highest rating you can receive from AVVO, and I am rated AV Preeminent in Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating you can receive and a rating that only approximately 10% of all lawyers have achieved.
