Sam M's review is accurate. I should have given it more consideration. I was able to make an appointment for an estimate with David easily enough. However on the morning of the scheduled appointment at 45 minutes prior to the appointment I received notification through Thumbtack that he needed to cancel and reschedule because he was delayed at another job. I expressed my disappointment with this as he probably knew he had the other appointment when he scheduled mine, or if this appointment was more important to him and he could be delayed to my appointment he should have contacted me sooner to reschedule, not 45 minutes prior to the appointment. When I expressed this disappointment with him he proclaimed that he was well within a two hour cancellation time window. I'm not sure how many potential clients will think that 45 minutes is reasonable to cancel. Everybody's time is valuable. If your time is valuable, search for other providers.
