- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer complete junk removal and self-service dumpster rental services. We do offer discounts for new customers and thumbtack customers. Our trucks are 18 cubic yards and larger than most competitors. Basically, you only pay for the amount of space you use on the truck. Our rates include labor, hauling, and disposal fees. We do all the heavy lifting and loading for you. We are able to take away anything non-hazardous that two people can lift and load into our truck.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A very simple process... First, we provide a preliminary estimate based on the amount of junk the customer describes. Second, we schedule an appointment and arrive within the 2 hour window. Third, we do a walkthrough of the area and view the junk that needs to be removed and provide a quote. Fourth, we load the junk in the truck and haul the items away. Fifth, we responsibly dispose, donate, or recycle the items.

Our team is experienced and trained to tackle any kind of junk and provide an exceptional service. With over 10 years of experience in the hauling business we know how to handle any kind of junk.
