We were lucky to have Brendan and Vanessa on this home project. They were very detailed when it came to understanding the scope of work for the project. In the contract negotiation phase they were very professional with the breakdown of financial payments and open to giving our family a great discount. During the renovation they had a full team of professionals from painters, landscapers, and carpenters that treated our home with respect. Jacob, Vanessa's younger brother was so patient in properly prepping our house for paint and was there consistently making sure everything was done correctly. Every day Vanessa or Brendan came by to ensure that progress was on track and that the work was up to their standards. They even threw in a few freebies which they suggested to make our house look even better. I support and recommend this family business as they are trustworthy and on schedule for completing the project. I have referred them to multiple family members Great Job VC Extreme Handyman !!!

I needed a list of things to be done! Example: Change some faucets, paint my house, install cabinets, fix some boards to my fence, and replace electrical outlets. Unfortunately during the holidays I wasn’t able to stay throughout the process. Thankfully I was assured I would be taken care of and to say the least I came back from vacation surprised to see everything done! I felt like I was in a new house 😍🤩. And I was updated throughout the process. I honestly and hiring VC Extreme for all my future needs, and recommend them highly! My ring camera captured the workers being respectful of my home and leaving everything tidy after working everyday.

I hired them to paint my home exterior. I liked them right away! Vanessa was pregnant but always stayed professional. They were very reasonable and respectful. They showed up on time, worked all day, and always cleaned up nicely. My house is 100 years old so I wanted to update the look with a more modern color. Vanessa and Branden were very helpful and I loved all of their recommendations, and trusted their opinion. At one point the whole family came over to help finish the project. They even did extra things like hanging my porch fan, painting my little shed, and sprayed my decorative stepping stones for not much extra cost to me! Needless to say I'm very pleased with the finished product! I definitely recommend them, and plan on using them in the future!😊

I had a long list of repairs I needed to have done after having my roof replaced. The most troublesome were holes and other damage caused by my old leaky roof; and my back door also splintered and cracked beyond repair too. I also had a ceiling fan, light fixture, and faucet to be installed, and a gasket to install in my front-loading washer. After reading all of the positive reviews for VC Extreme, I took photos, added my information and submitted my jobs to be done. Since it was a Sunday night, I didn’t think I’d get a reply for a day or so, but I heard back within 15-20 minutes and set an appointment to walk through the work the very next day. Brendan and Vanessa patiently walked through my list, assessed the various jobs, quoted me a fair price, and Brendan started the work the day before Thanksgiving. The work continued after the holiday, through the weekend and into the next week, with much of the tanks being handled by their teammate Oscar, whose work was meticulous and precise. Even when the washer gasket task required more work (and additional hands), care was given to make sure the job was done right. I’ll sum up my review this way: I’m working on another list and looking forward to bringing the VC Extreme team back again.
