Chef Tony and Hope Cafe and Catering are wonderful to work with and so is the food. Great service and fresh homemade taste. I highly recommend them for events large and small. Ask Tony about his testimony as well which is all the more reason to use Hope Cafe - Christian and helps homeless ministries like Door of Hope.

A straight shooter. Tony is exceptionally helpful in planning events! He is honest, very reliable, and pleasant to work with. He offers a wide range of menu and price options. In addition, he and his crew take care all the set up and clean up! We have used him for parties, weddings, and events in our home for the last three years ( at least 8 different events). We have recommended him to many friends and acquaintances and all of those who did use his services were very pleased, without exception. We personally will not use any other caterer, and in fact on a couple of occasions have adjusted the date of our event to accommodate his schedule.

We knew we were entrusting Tony and Ann with one of the most important days in our lives. We asked them to cater our son's wedding. They went above and beyond ur expectations. We've used their services for several events before this including our Re-Grand Opening for our business BUT this was even more important. Everyone raved about the food! They are wonderful, caring people and it shows in their menu! We wish you the best Tony and Ann!

Great experience with Chef Tony. The food was excellent and the care and quality he spent preparing and setting up and tearing down was excellent. He was more than capable of catering our wedding of 120 people and did a great job. I would recommend him for a wedding, large event, or whatever your catering needs may be. Not only is the food great, but Tony created a menu for us that was exactly what we were looking for with great ideas of his own. After our wedding there were several people that mentioned how good the food was. If you use Chef Tony, you will not be disappointed.

Pricing that is quoted is Fully Catered and Serviced unless noted otherwise or requested. We offer drop off, set up, partial and full service depending on our clients needs.

We love creating an event that your guests will rave about. We are able to create a custom menu that matches your theme of your event.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started cooking at 16 years old. I have spent most of my career working in all types of restaurants honing my skills and learning to make almost all types of cuisines from scratch for each customer.
