- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's really simple. A potential client articulates to the best of their ability what they are looking for in a meal, Vincent tells them whether or not he and his team are best suited for their ideal scenario, and the rest is culinary history.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Vincent's family are from Bagni di Lucca, and cooking is in his DNA. He corresponds and collaborates with chefs from Tuscany and LA, assimilating years of culinary research and passion into every meal. Culinary school was of value, but mamma and great cooks--invaluable.
