Chef Vincent came to our apartment and did an interactive cooking lesson for my husband and I. He was not only incredibly thoughtful and professional leading up to the experience, but was engaging, fun and awesome during the whole meal. On top of all this, his food was outstanding. Thank you for such a great evening! I would highly recommend his services to suit any food needs, or anyone in need of a unique experience!Apr 23, 2019Verified
Vincent is an amazing chef. Our experience with him was more than excellent. The service him and his assistant provided and food he prepared right in our kitchen was fantastic. Vincent prepared food for 5 couples. He even assisted me with wine selections prior to his arrival. I would recommend Chef Vincent Michael anybwhere near LA. He came all the way to Temecula for us!!Feb 26, 2019Verified
Chef Vincent was absolutely fantastic! We had a small mothers day get together at my house with about 10 people and he not only prepared amazing food but his personality was warm and made everyone felt special. The whole event ended up being amazing and it was our first time ever planning something like this. We will definitely recommend him to anyone!May 11, 2015VerifiedChef Vincent Michael's reply

Wedding and Event Catering
We most definitely had a Happening, catered! First family reunion in 12 years for a large family in the movie business for 3 generations, who as a group are the most discerning foodies I know. Everyone was raving about the food from start to finish, and then afterwards in a flurry of emails, thanking the hosts for such an amazing party-- we could not have done it without Vincent and crew. None of us lifted a finger, and my cousin's home was left absolutely spotless. They also did a fabulous job on an all Greek menu, which they a lot of research to develop, and find the best sources for ingredientsfrom the bread to the very tender octopus legs. Nothing could have been improved on. Vincent and his staff had our backs on every detail. Esther was a beautiful organizer who made the transitions seamless, gracious and elegant. The sous chefs and servers looked like they loved their work, clearly knew each other well and seemed to be having as much fun putting on a great party as the guests did. We all think Vincent's focus on creating fantastic food as integral to the party and prepared on site in front of everyone is an exciting new development in the concept of catering. That was the real activity of the afternoon, and appreciated by all! It was hard to get my family out of the kitchen and into the garden, they were all so amazed by the enjoyment of food and of watching the synchronicity of the chef and his team. It was performance art.Apr 15, 2015Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Call for a brief phone consultation and provide Vincent with your unique ideas, and receive a quote quickly thereafter. or Email your event specifics to us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? It's really simple. A potential client articulates to the best of their ability what they are looking for in a meal, Vincent tells them whether or not he and his team are best suited for their ideal scenario, and the rest is culinary history.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Vincent's family are from Bagni di Lucca, and cooking is in his DNA. He corresponds and collaborates with chefs from Tuscany and LA, assimilating years of culinary research and passion into every meal. Culinary school was of value, but mamma and great cooks--invaluable.
