I have a unique blend of experience which translates directly to my client. On the cooking side, I worked in two Michelin Starred restaurant and successfully built and ran a kitchen of my own at Augustine in Sherman Oaks. On the service side, I have tons of experience in formal service and wine pairings from my time as floor manager Cafe Milano in D.C.
I really do enjoy meeting new people and having them experience my food. I would also be lying if I said I didn't love the rush at all.

Evan cooked for my family of 9. It was delicious, and I would highly recommend him to anyone hosting a group dinner. We had a few dietary restrictions (vegetarian/gluten free/kosher), and he was able to easily modify the dishes to adhere to the different restrictions.
