I've been told over and over again that what makes me good at photography (besides the end product which is, of course, a lovely image) is my outgoing personality. Need someone to wrangle kiddos? Love to. Make a woman who is 8 months pregnant feel beautiful? Not a problem. Be "bossy" enough to wrangle 45 people into a group photo? I'd love to. I choose to do photography/videography on the side because it's FUN (and I'm a tech geek who loves purchasing expensive tech equipment like new iMacs, DSLRs and crazy lenses for my camera. I think this allows me to charge less (which benefits my clients) and be choosier about who I want to work with (which benefits ME as I can work with super cool people... like I'm sure you are ;).

We loved working with Erica! She was full of energy and made the experience really fun and easy. Our pictures turned out beautifully and we are so thrilled. She also worked really well with our 3 young children! We will definitely be going back for more pictures as our kids grow up!

I had the pleasure of working with Erica during my cousin's Tiffany & Co. themed baby shower. She arrived early to take pictures during the setup in addition to photographing the entire event. Erica made sure that we informed her of the key people to ensure plenty of group shots were taken. Erica was very personable and connected well with all of the guests and family. My cousin was very happy with all of the pictures. We'll be hiring Erica again once the baby is born to take baby and family pics!

Erica captured the memories of my nieces baby shower on April 26th. The event was held from 12 to 4:30. Erica came early to get photos of the set up and guests as they arrived. She also took group shots of family and friends as well as candid shots. Having a outgoing personality and the ability to interact with everyone, came across in the fabulous shots that were taken. Everyone was very pleased with the results.

What types of customers have you worked with?
I like to mix it up. Small events (baby showers, gender reveal parties, client wrap parties) and Family photography are my favorite gigs. Newborn shoots can be amazing but stressful! They're so tiny. But those mothers end up being so happy with the pictures that I keep doing them.
