Talin and Rocco are definitely the best in their field. We are first time landlords and have no idea how to even start the process. They patiently explained every single step and went above and beyond what a propertymanager would typically do to help us push through with our lease. They are very thorough with their work from inspecting the property all the way to selecting the best applicant. They have a wide range of contacts (plumbers, painters, cleaners) that they are happy to suggest to us. They listened to all of our concerns and provided suggestions but were never pushy and let us make our own decisions.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Rocco and Talin. From managing my property to helping me sell it, they were incredibly knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. They always provided great feedback and different courses of actions when I wasn’t sure how to handle tenant issues. Talin & Rocco were excellent propertymanagers. They genuinely care about you as a tenant, which is so rare in my past experiences. They were on top of any issue I had, were very responsive, and were very king along the way. Would highly recommend moving into one of their properties!
