Talin and Rocco are definitely the best in their field. We are first time landlords and have no idea how to even start the process. They patiently explained every single step and went above and beyond what a property manager would typically do to help us push through with our lease. They are very thorough with their work from inspecting the property all the way to selecting the best applicant. They have a wide range of contacts (plumbers, painters, cleaners) that they are happy to suggest to us. They listened to all of our concerns and provided suggestions but were never pushy and let us make our own decisions. We are very thankful we found them!
