RCS Designs worked with me from start to finish on the design of three new townhomes. They were very responsive to my comments, questions, and concerns. Words can not explain how wonderful and professional Richard who is the owner of RCS is. I wanted to convert my garage to a dwelling guest house and rent it out . I asked my friends for recommendations and called a few but did not like the vibes I got , they kept scaring me and would not give me a quote and instead told me that price might increase . I had used Thumbtack for something else and I was happy so I told myself I should call few engineers to get a quote . Not only RCS had the most honest and upfront rates but the owner Richard was very calm and explained everything to me and I was convinced he us the guy for the job . He always was available to answer my questions and as soon as he heard an update from City of Los Angeles he would inform me right away . I just got my permit today and although his job is finished he told me if I have any questions about the permit, he is available to answer. This is an honest review by a women homeowner
