Words can not explain how wonderful and professional Richard who is the owner of RCS is. I wanted to convert my garage to a dwelling guest house and rent it out . I asked my friends for recommendations and called a few but did not like the vibes I got , they kept scaring me and would not give me a quote and instead told me that price might increase . I had used Thumbtack for something else and I was happy so I told myself I should call few engineers to get a quote . Not only RCS had the most honest and upfront rates but the owner Richard was very calm and explained everything to me and I was convinced he us the guy for the job . He always was available to answer my questions and as soon as he heard an update from City of Los Angeles he would inform me right away . I just got my permit today and although his job is finished he told me if I have any questions about the permit, he is available to answer. This is an honest review by a women homeowner
