- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customer needs to know that everything that requires time and effort should be compensated. I'm flexible on pricing but everything outside the accorded would be extra.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the job I usually ask some basic questions about the project, then I let the customer to ask as many questions as they need to. Finally, I give the customer an estimate about the services and I'll provide an overview of what's expected on my part.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
