Ruben was the first to respond to my disposal disaster. Within a few communications I was completely informed of his price, plan of action, approximate time of repair, AND date he was available around my work schedule 3 days after my outreach for help. There were no surprises. He communicated everything. Ruben was exactly on time. He got right to work and never flinched at the disgusting mess my garbage disposal made even after I cleaned, plus a few more we found UNDER the cabinet floor. HE EVEN CLEANED IT UP. More than any worker I have ever encountered. Ruben tolerated my questions respectfully and had to completely 're think the project due to the fact plumbing had been installed AFTER the cabinet was placed causing a network of holes (4) for a softening system, plus the usual double sink pipe mess. After seeing what happened with the water blowout, Ruben reinforced the underside of the base to avoid any possible wet sag should the floor get wet again. I knew the price going in so I was comfortable stopping Ruben and having him explain. Ruben cleaned his work area carefully before he left and was respectful to myself and my son. (His Mother did a great job) I ABSOLUTELY will not hesitate to call him again. I do have a list in my head started but it requires so many projects and deciding the priorities. This was an easy decision to make, now I need to choose a garbage disposal....

I was contacted very quickly with an estimate and brief description of services offered. He was there within 2 days and repaired the drywall damage within 3 hours.
I needed someone to put together my new wardrobe from Ikea, and Ruben came to the rescue. He was very pilot, professional, and flexible with the time. He put my wardrobe together perfectly, and cleaned up and moved the boxes to the garage after. I will call him in the future for any handyman needs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on job type. I have flat rates and hourly rates. All of my charges are discussed with the client so there are no surprises when they are invoiced. No hidden fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I contact customer, schedule a time to look at the project, go over some of the details of what I will be doing, answer any questions then I email them with my total price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from hands on training. I spent 5 years at Jl Construction, 2 years Rogalle Painting and Construction and been sub contracting for Shenkmans Construction from 2016 to present.
