- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my packages come with a set number of hours, an online gallery, and a digital download of all their images. Albums, prints, and other items are available a la carte as this allows my clients to essentially build their own packages instead of finding themselves with prints or items they don't want.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If possible, I like to meet with the client to go over exactly what they want and to share ideas for poses or images they'd like to do. If we can't meet up prior to the session due to time conflicts or distance, I like to conduct this part over the phone and through emails.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 6 years of photography under my belt along with a Bachelors of Arts in Studio Art from the University of California, Riverside.
