Juan responded quickly. His work is good. He painted two rooms with tall walls in my house. He has a language barrier and some miscommunication occurred because of it. He got straight to work after getting some clarification. He text to make sure I liked something before he completed something he wasn’t sure of. I appreciated that, however, the language barrier is a big factor in why I rated a 4. I thought my ceilings were included as I put that in the thumbtack project, but when he messaged me the estimate didn’t include that.
