Jazmine, or Sean as the profile says. I'll gladly post the screen shot of the time I was at your door, 8am on the nose. I made a mistake putting the appointment into my calendar. I apologized for being early and returned at your requested time. We are all human and mistakes happen. I can also post the screen shots of the messages later that same day at 5:43pm that clearly say tomorrow afternoon on the proposal. I can also post the 5:48 screen shot of you requesting the proposal to be emailed, your 5:50 reply and your 6:08 reply. All friendly between both of us. If this is how you felt why didn't you bring all this up to me during these messages yesterday afternoon? Why blast me with this 1 star review when you had the chance yesterday via messages to tell me how you felt and we could have gone our separate ways? I'm not sure how things work in your home but in mine we don't distort facts to make someone look bad. It is very disappointing to see this review and frankly I'm very surprised at it. Your initial request was for the installation of two doors. However when I arrived the scope of work had changed to building a wall to meet your stated goals of separating two spaces. You wanted a door built into a passage way that is wide, with walls that are at different angles. This door needed to be removed in 4 years when you move out and you stated there can be zero damage to the existing hardwood floors upon removal. Doors take too much abuse to be left loose. The jambs need to be set into walls securely anchored to the floor. If explaining ways to accomplish your goal is an upsell I don't know how to respond to that. As for the estimate timing. Your estimate is ready and was close to being emailed when this review popped up. I said I would have a proposal over tomorrow afternoon, not in 24 hours and I have the screenshot to show just that.
