- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Up-front pricing. We accept most forms of payment. 90 Warranty on labor and parts. We exclude (diagnostic, recovery/recycling fees, trip) if you choose us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by finding what our customers home or business comfort needs through the phone. I will gladly answer any questions about my business and get to know the customers on a first name basis. Once the customer is informed about our company and their concerns are addressed we will show up on time to commence our inspection. Upon completion of the inspection we will notify the customer of the repairs that need to be done. We will request a method of payment and ask for the persons signature on our work order request to commence work. Happy new customers now become repeat customers!

Green air Technician. EPA Universal 608 license. 10 years residential experience. mini split installation training. HVAC/R certified.
