- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We currently offer two forms of pricing a flat rate and a hourly rate for standard cleaning. We offer discounts to veterans and single parents.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers will receive a 15 minute notification of arrival of the home. Then a preinspection of the home will occur if a flat rate has been agreed on. If working on an hourly rate, cleaning will begin after all materials have been unloaded.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Several classes have been taken to have proper understanding of chemical products. All employees under go customer service courses in order to provide the best services.
