- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Prior to starting my own business I worked behind the scenes managing properties. As a property manager I handled everything regarding the property, hiring contractors to remove tenants/owners unwanted belongings, paint, clean the carpet and clean the property to make sure it was ready for new tenants or owners. That being said as a now small business owner I understand what a customer expects.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
First and foremost, what are you looking for? Affordability or Quality?! In my humble opinion I prefer great quality. Yes, I’m also guilty of finding the best deals, however if I get a good deal and I’m having to do touch ups of my own, where exactly did my money go to? What I recommend is finding a company you are referred to. Or more importantly a company that takes the time to hear and understand your needs.
