Without a doubt one of the best. They did a fantastic job on cleaning daughters rental. They moved items got behind them cleaned it and moved it back into place. Very prompt and reliable. I will use them again

I met with the owner on a Monday and went through what I needed done, "deep cleaning". We went from room to room with her and told her what I needed done in every room. She never took notes. This was a 2 bedroom, 2 bath vacant apartment that was left dirty. I was assured that it would be no problem doing the job. We agreed that she would start the job early Wednesday morning, she was given a door key and would call when job was completed. On Wednesday by 3:00 pm, I had not heard anything so I called. I was informed that NO, she had not been there as we agreed on and done any cleaning, said there was something wrong with her car tires. She then assured me that she would be there first thing in the morning the next day, Thursday. I was waiting to hear from her in early afternoon but nothing. A little after 3:00 pm, I received a text that she was on her way to the apartment. At 4:30, I received a call that the job has been completed so I drove over there. There was no way that this job could have been completed in an hour. Her husband worked with her and their small children was there on the job with them. When I checked their work, they had skipped a lot of the things that I wanted done. On the surface it looked clean but it was not deep cleaning as I had asked for, they did surface cleaning. Several kitchen drawers and cabinets had not been touched. I wanted dirty walls spot-cleaned, that was not done. Wardrobe closets were not cleaned, I could go on and on...……. with my disappointment. Squeaky Clean Services was a BIG disappointment that I will never hire again. They need to learn how to really clean and not just wipe off the surfaces. I expected better service for the 1 hour job I got at the price of $ 265.00.

Sad to give such a bad rating because the owner is very sweet and very responsive but service was really poor. Kitchen counters were still very dirty. Appliances not moved in order to clean under them. Appliances not even touched with a cloth. I had to ask for the sink to be cleaned again it had visible gunk still on it and areas completely untouched. Didn’t vacuum/sweep under tables or move chairs. didnt even dust the family room and the areas that were dusted nothing was lifted to dust underneath. The trash in the bathroom was not emptied. Dining area has baby furniture in one corner. Little seat, books etc . They didn’t even bother sweeping the area. Couch cushions not even touched, pillows nothing. Owner was very distracted and her children were outside not to mention she was over an hour late. I was shocked that it was 3 of them and the job that resulted. It was incredibly expensive for a service I could have done myself , better.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Prior to starting my own business I worked behind the scenes managing properties. As a property manager I handled everything regarding the property, hiring contractors to remove tenants/owners unwanted belongings, paint, clean the carpet and clean the property to make sure it was ready for new tenants or owners. That being said as a now small business owner I understand what a customer expects.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
First and foremost, what are you looking for? Affordability or Quality?! In my humble opinion I prefer great quality. Yes, I’m also guilty of finding the best deals, however if I get a good deal and I’m having to do touch ups of my own, where exactly did my money go to? What I recommend is finding a company you are referred to. Or more importantly a company that takes the time to hear and understand your needs.
