- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common job we do for our small business clients is to assist them with their QuickBooks and Tax Preparation needs. We help them establish an accurate QuickBooks file, and then train them on how to use the program. For those small business's who do not wish to keep their own books we offer full service bookkeeping. For our individual clients our most common service is Individual Tax Preparation. For a select group of clients we also assist them with their investment needs. We have a unique advantage of knowing their tax situation and are then able to assist them with choosing the right investments for their situation.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You want to be comfortable with the accountant you choose. If your accountant and you are not a good match it will not make for a lasting, long term, working relationship. I offer a free one hour consultation to see if we would be a good match. I specialize in long term relationships and want your business to grow with us. Be sure to ask any prospective accountants how they operate. Do they only work with you if they provide all the accounting services? Or are they willing to customize their services to fit your specific needs? How quickly to they return phone calls or respond to e-mail?
