- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always try to be flexible with prices. We quote you depending on your cleaning needs. While some houses are dirtier than others or bigger than others, not everyone pays the same price. We welcome you to contact us and let us know exactly what you need cleaned, how often, and send us pictures of your current home needs to better quote you. You can rest assured that we will always try to give you the best price for your cleaning needs! If you need to hire someone for your commercial office space, we can do an on site evaluation within 24-48 hours so we can get your space straightened out. LIC #0957719
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do an onsite or virtual evaluation of your space and we send you a price offer. First time customers get discounts as well as preferred recurring cleanings. While we tend to have higher prices, our cleaning standards are always going to show in our work and we devote ourselves to being reliable, loyal, and trustworthy above all.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been working for other companies for an extensive period of time and we have cleaned several large companies in Petaluma as well as residential homes in Petaluma, Inverness, Bodega Bay, Sebastopol, Santa Rosa, and Marin County.
