Very impressed with Neil Cudden Painting. He responded for my request for a quote the same day (within hours). He scheduled a 7:45am appointment to review the project which he arrived for 5 minutes early. He was present on the job site when the prep and painting was happening which was great. Final product was ‘as agreed’ and the final invoice was exactly as we had discussed with no surprises. I wish that my experience with other contractors was as good as this one. I would be more inclined to hire people more frequently if it was this flawless and smooth. Thanks Neil!

I had an exterior paint project and found him on Thumbtack. He showed up on time for the initial meeting and within one hour after leaving, the estimate was waiting in my inbox. His estimate included all necessary supplies and even though there were a couple of obstacles during the project, he took care of everything without adding to the cost. His team did a great job making sure all my window frames and stucco cracks were sealed to prevent any future water damage. 3 days into the project, they hadn't gotten around to the windows yet, but a storm was coming and I had a couple of leaky windows. I really appreciate the fact that they made sure to seal them before they left for the day. When the project was completed, they took all their trash and left me with plenty of extra paint. I highly recommend Neil Cudden Painting!
