Introduction: As a Holistic nurse, my approach to coaching considers the whole person or client and all the factors (physical, spiritual, psychological, social) that has led them to this point. The questions I ask are designed to help the client come closer to identifying their life purpose and values to determine the steps to take to achieve their goals----or even to design a realistic, achievable goal. I like the amazing stories I get to hear, and to witness the deep intelligence people have about themselves and their hopes for reaching their full potential---also the energy and commitment people are able to bring up to develop themselves and bring their gifts to the world. I really love meeting and knowing people who are wanting their lives to be more significant, satisfying and contributing to bettering the world.
