Found someone on the Nextdoor app who had good reviews and decided to send him a message. Was not familiar with Thumbtack, but was pleasantly surprised when the app offered to send my message to other professionals. I agreed.

Within moments Frank, one of the other professionals, called me and we discussed my issue with a rat invasion in my garage. We discussed different aspects of what was going on and it became clear to me that Frank knew what he was doing in this scary new world. He came out the next day. He knew immediately where they were and had a plan. I felt very comfortable with his plan; he even offered his help with some drywall that needed to be replaced after a previous water issue and included all that in our plan. And the drywall had nothing to do with how the rats were getting in! His pricing- very reasonable. He came back the next day to clean the area, set traps and block any entrances.

He will be back on Monday to check the traps. And will continue checking until they are totally gone. You cannot find a more knowledgeable, hard working professional in this business! If you have a rat problem, call Rat Specialist Frank. He is amazing!!
