FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do an all inclusive menu or custom menus. We consult with our clients develop their preferences and set them up for tastings. The inclusive menu is a set fee and is for 150 or less because we own our entire line of china, glassware and silverware for 150 we are able to keep these cost lower. Custom Menus and designs are easily handled and cost secured so the client is confident with their decisions. We will go back to the drawing board as many times as needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I send out our information to the prospective client, second the catering director will set up a consult and perhaps a tasting in the future on site in the restaurant. Once we establish the a menu, we begin to work out the details to insure the client is at ease... Our job it to make you the host of your event and we handle all the details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Culinary Education by attending the Escoffier School of Culinary Arts Program. I continually take online courses, courses at the CIA and I volunteer ever year to work sometimes 14 hours a day working along side of world famous chefs. These chefs and their teams are amazing. The sizes of the events can be into the thousands, and they have very high expectations.
