Depending on the scope and circumstances, we may offer discounts, and any potential fees or change orders are always communicated clearly and transparently before moving forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with an initial conversation to understand the client’s needs and goals. From there, we gather a detailed description of the work and schedule an in-person consultation if needed. After assessing the project, we provide a clear, detailed estimate. Once approved, we coordinate scheduling, materials, and workflow to ensure the project runs smoothly from start to finish, with consistent communication throughout.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated at the top of my class from a vocational program focused on green building principles and construction. This training, combined with years of hands-on experience, allows us to approach projects with both technical knowledge and practical efficiency.
