FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At NorCal Pro Construction, we offer competitive and comprehensive pricing tailored to each project. Our bids are detailed so clients understand exactly what is included. Depending on the scope and circumstances, we may offer discounts, and any potential fees or change orders are always communicated clearly and transparently before moving forward.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with an initial conversation to understand the client’s needs and goals. From there, we gather a detailed description of the work and schedule an in-person consultation if needed. After assessing the project, we provide a clear, detailed estimate. Once approved, we coordinate scheduling, materials, and workflow to ensure the project runs smoothly from start to finish, with consistent communication throughout.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated at the top of my class from a vocational program focused on green building principles and construction. This training, combined with years of hands-on experience, allows us to approach projects with both technical knowledge and practical efficiency.
