Irma did an exceptionally well job in cleaning my house - living room, bathrooms, bedroom and kitchen all are super neat and clean now. She waa very detailed in the cleaning work and didn't leave any spots behind. I would definitely consider her in my subsequent house cleaning work in coming months.

Irma has been cleaning my home for over a year, she is always very thorough and reliable. She is a hard worker and dies an excellent job. Most importantly, she is wonderful with my two chihuahua mixes. They are very wary and distrustful of strangers, but they just whoop for joy when Irma arrives. They love the treats and kindness she shows them.

I rushed out of town last minute, I left my house a mess (shame on me). My normal cleaning lady relocated so I took a chance with Irma in hopes I would come home to a clean house and hiring a new housekeeper. Irma confidently quoted $350 over the phone, I was reluctant for our 1st time so I asked if $300 was ok and she agreed. I have a 4bedroom 4 bath houses. After my long flight home I returned home to a half clean house. She cleaned 2 bathrooms that I could see and 2 bedrooms. Livid is the only appropriate word I could use to describe how I felt when I walked through my house after paying this lady 300(agreed upon price)+$40(tip). There is no way I’m hiring this lady again. There’s empty water bottles, dirty cups , unmade beds, unorganized/untouched items throughout my house . Complete waste of money I wish I could get a refund. Update! It was late when I returned home, upon walking through my house this morning trying to convince myself I was not scammed for $340, I found more things left not touched or lazily done! She partially cleaned 1 bathroom, there’s no evidence that she dusted the most basic things like photo frames or blinds, the toilet were half clean, I have 4 boys thee whole toilet needs to be wiped down! Kitchen surfaces were missed the microwave and refrigerator handles and buttons. The leather couches were not wiped off, toys not placed in any toy bins. I have 3 bins in separate parts of the house and there weren’t many toys left out, only a few hot wheels, a basketball, a soccer ball and 3 unopened boxes of legos. There a lot I can list but I don’t have time since I have to clean my whole house !! I GOT SCAMMED !
