I like Devin, seems like a qualified person and is very personable to deal with. I am excited to start one if not all my projects but like most, no, ALL handymen to contractors I have encountered in Marin, I either don't hear back or the prices are OUTRAGEOUS!!! So, I will bide my time and wait for an answer... I really look forward to working with Devin, if/when he gets back to me. Simon F. says, "I recently worked with Pini, the owner of Top Line Home Remodeling, to diagnose and repair many exposed structural pieces of my house. Due to the poor workmanship of the original builder, Toll Brothers, we have been dealing with numerous water damages in the balconies and other exterior components. We spent tens of thousands of dollars and worked with two other contractors in the past. Not only did similar problems come back in the old and new areas, but it was also very frustrating that during the process we had hard time communicating with the contractor and faced project delays continuously. Luckily none of these happened this time. Pini is always reachable, sometimes as late as 10 PM in the weekend. He delivers what he promises, on time!!! We are very happy with his performance. The attached are three "before" and two "after" photos to show the improvement"See more
