OMG!! This is a true faith base Man- Max!! I promise you won’t go wrong with him. I called him not knowing how far we were from each other, he’s from Orange County and I’m in Antelope Valley - 3 hours away from each other (he didn’t know either). Without knowing where I lived he instantly gave me ideas of what may be wrong with my air conditioner, which is something nobody does. He was so willing to make the drive to help fix my air conditioner but we gave it a shot and kept in touch. Before even mentioning anything about money, he virtually helped me fix my air conditioner. Who does this??? Only a firm believer! After his guidance we were able to fix my air conditioner and the ethical thing for me to do was to pay for his virtual services. The team did great work. Maximo helped us understand our options and got our new system installed in exactly the amount of time he estimated. Our was a decently complicated install (two story house, moving air handlers from garage to attic, dual air-handler system, etc) and they took care of it quickly and without incident. They kept the house clean too! Overall a great experience.

If I could give Max 10 stars, I would! What started as a simple “No connection” error on our Nest Thermostat turned out to be a much deeper HVAC issue and Max tackled it with professionalism, expertise, and a level of care that’s hard to come by these days. He didn’t just patch things up and go. He really investigated the problem and found out our system was basically suffocating from an undersized return and a coil that was totally blocked with insulation. He explained everything in a way that made sense and even went the extra mile to clean the coil on the spot, totally improving our system’s function right then and there. Max gave thoughtful recommendations, not just for a quick fix, but for long-term solutions that will make our home more comfortable and energy-efficient. He’s honest, thorough, and clearly takes pride in doing the job right. Max responded quickly to my request about noises my wall heater was making. As I explained to him my concerns and the possible solutions I might explore, I was pleasantly surprised that he was very honest about expressing to me that, since it was old, most wall heaters will make noises even with a newer model. What really impressed me was the knowledge he demonstrated and the information he offered even though it might not mean a service visit from him. I will DEFINITELY call him when I need a new wall heater!
