- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a minimum charge of $100 and we charge a same day fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If possible, we give an estimated price range based on pictures/a description of the items to be moved. We then set up an in person walkthrough to finalize pricing. Things can look different in picture vs in person and sometimes there are undisclosed factors affecting the work or changes in the scope of the work, so we need to confirm our assessment of the volume the items will take up in our trailer is accurate. Once pricing is confirmed, we also confirm the payment method the customer will be using. For some jobs we can remove the items same day. For larger jobs we’ll schedule the job accounting for the amount of time required to complete it. Once we are done, we debrief the customer and confirm completion before collecting payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My military background has given me significant experience in moving stuff and figuring out logistics for disposal.
