DK was AWESOME! This was my first experience with Thumbtack. I did not know what to expect, and I thought everyone that worked through Thumbtack was licensed. I had made arrangements with someone else to do the work, but when I found out he was not licensed, I needed someone else. DK reached out to me and when reading his reviews and profile. Having a profile listing with his license is what made everything so much easier. I was pressed for time, and DK checked off all my "boxes". I am up late, so he got to my place at midnight. We both thought the other had already fallen asleep so after a good laugh, he got started. I was extremely impressed with how down to earth, easy going, and has had enough experience to know what to improvise, when, and where if needed. I paid him half for his work, and left while the mudding cured. The next night, he came and finished. Reliability and trust are earned, and valued universally. I can rely on DK for my future work, and trust he will do a great job. As he will for you too.
