- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on service type, location urgency, and difficulty. Rush or same-day service, additional attempts, extended trave,l or evasive subjects may result in additional fees. Any added costs are discussed in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by confirming the type of service location and urgency. Once details are reviewed pricing and timelines are explained. Service attempts are documented and the customer is updated until proof of service is provided.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed process server in Contra Costa County with professional training and hands-on experience in proper service methods, documentation, and proof of service. I also have experience in skip tracing and investigative research.
