Finest Heating & Air sent different people for every step of the process and there was no communication between their teammates. They relied on us to recommunicate decisions that had already been made, and we even had to recommunicate the plans that were in the permit which they drafted and submitted for us, because the installation team had not reviewed it before coming and wanted to install the unit in a different place, that was not as drafted in the permit. We gave this feedback to them mid process but the lack of communication between their teammates persisted. The system install ultimately was successful, but we were not expecting to have to project manage for their project manager. We decided to work with a different company on our next project.

we always prefer to do site visit which is totally free. by doing that we can actually meet the customer and walk them through the steps and different options which make them more comfortable

all of out employees are trained and has HVAC degree and has been doing this for over 6 years minimum . we keep sending our crew for updated and related to market change and code change
