The best company to work with, hand down! They are so well organized, friendly, experienced and the price can't be beat. Their report turnaround time is very fast which is so crutual for sellers and buyers. The coordinator Samantha was so sweet, responsive and extremely helpful and friendly. The supervisor Mike, inspector Joshua... were very friendly and knowledgeable! Together, they made such an incredible team to work with. We highly recommend this company and will come to them for all of the future PEST/termite fumigation/treatment services!

Brian, Cody and team were very responsive from day one. I was explained the nature of the specific infestation I was dealing with and was also offered to perform a free termiteinspection.
They were always on time and I was satisfied with the work they performed.

Both Bob and Mike were on time, have great communication with quick call back. Fair reasonable quote and an attitude to do it right by the customer. Hope I don't need termite treatment ever again, but if I do - will be calling them again.

I had a great experience working with Jesse from Bay Pest Solutions. From start to finish, his service was professional, thorough and efficient. He called prior to his arrival, he arrived earlier then expected, took his time to explain the exclusion process in detail, and made sure all my questions were answered before he got started.
Jesse was extremely knowledgeable and was attentive to the areas of concern. He was courteous and wore shoe coverings. It was refreshing to work with someone who is not only skilled but also friendly. It was also pretty amazing to see the work that was completed via the customer portal.
Overall, the level of service exceeded my expectations, and I truly appreciate the care and attention Jesse provided. I highly recommend Jesse and Bay Pest Solutions to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality pest control services.

It was so easy to schedule an appointment with them. I had to cancel once, but the representative was very understanding and was willing to work with me. She didn't seem annoyed by it or anything.
When it came down to the appointment, Will was so professional and pleasant. He explained what he was going to do, which allowed me to teach my class in the other room. I felt confident and at ease.
They were also very open to checking in a couple of weeks from now to make sure the treatment works.

You get what you pay for. Someone too cheap does not carry values to their services. Discounts should have reason and justification. Someone who discounts too much shows desperation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starts with the inspection. We come up with a solution that is quick, easy, and painless. Dealing with unwanted pests is already a stressful situation; we're here to provide a clear, transparent, and stress-free solution. We take great pride in our work and guarantee it for a 1 full year after our service is completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
40 years in the industry, I have every license there is in this field of work. All California state licenses: B1, (fumigation) B2, (Pest) B3, (wood destroying organisms and an agricultural license.
