Legacy did a fantastic job painting the house. They surpassed my expectations with the quality of their work. They were less expensive than the other quotes I had gotten.They communicated with me during the entire process via emails and phone calls. They took pictures before and after and sent them . They set me color selections and actually ended up having to match a color for me. It's rare to find a company like this these days who will actually go the extra mile to make sure their customer is happy and Legacy did tha and more. David and his partner were great! The rooms look the best they ever have and I have been in this house for over 30 years. The rooms were painted very quickly, but thoroughly. We had accent walls in each room, with the ceilings also being painted a lighter shade. So three colors in every room, but it was no problem with them. Very good lines and the rooms are looking so good. It was a great experience, really enjoyed having these guys in our home.Mar 18, 2014
Professional yet approachable. David offered the best paint possible at affordable prices. Took advantage of the lower winter rates and the paint exterior looks Tidy. I hired Legacy Painting because they quoted me the best price and David was very professional. He answered all my questions during the estimate. I wanted my stucco primed before painting and everyone else wanted to charge even more than their original quote for it. They replaced some wood on my chimney, matched my paint perfectly, and everything came out incredible. I would recommend Legacy Painting to anyone for their communication and quality service. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Our company owner, David, will meet with each new homeowner. He thoroughly views the interior or exterior areas that you wish to have painted and will provide a detailed painting estimate at that time. He is there to answer all of your house painting questions and concerns. Once you schedule your house painting you will then receive a written detailed explanation of what to expect next. Our office hours are 7am-6pm where we are happy to help you with your house painting!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Yes we do! We receive our "new" knowledge from many different resources. Sometimes it is a Paint Product Representative who shows us the latest and greatest product. Other times it is a certification class that we have chosen to sign up for. Examples: "Green" painting techniques, "Lead Paint" training, "Safety" meetings, etc. Occasionally, we have found that a new product or painting technique does not surpass that which has been proven in the past, therefore, we stick to what works for us. Today we feel that we have an excellent painting system that has been brought together from years of experience and up to date training.
