I absolutely love this cleaning service! I am always so impressed by their thoroughnesswhether they are wiping the kitchen counters, scrubbing the inside of the microwave, cleaning under appliances, or perfectly making the beds. The team is an absolute joy to have in the home, always incredibly courteous and friendly. They work in groups of two or three, simultaneously tackling different areas, which makes them remarkably fast. I really appreciate this because I work from home, and their speed and efficiency mean zero disruptions to my workday! They are also wonderfully flexible with their schedule; we easily moved our appointment when we went on vacation. Additionally, it is so convenient that I can request extra tasks, like cleaning the fridge, whenever I need it. I am so grateful for their hard work!

Wed fallen way behind on housecleaning and decided to hire a company to do a deep cleaning of our home in preparation for extended house guests. I contacted La Familia and heard back from Albert and Mitchell right away. They were incredibly responsive and answered all of my questions clearly. I appreciated the quick and clear communication. They were able to schedule us for a deep cleaning within just a few days, which was great.Their team arrived on time and after a walkthrough to go over the most troubling spots in our home, they got to work. They checked in with us during the time they were there and really went above and beyond. We had some areas of our home that required extensive cleaning due to heavy buildup, and La Familia took care of it all. On top of that, they were all so kind and friendly. The cleaning products they used smelled great without being overwhelming. Our home looks (and smells!) wonderful. We are so happy with the results! We plan to start using La Familia to do regular cleanings for us in the future. Great communication, great work, great people! 10/10 recommend!!
