Out of all Cleaning Companies I have seen in my years, Stain Patrol is the best. They are puntual, friendly, prefessional, & their pricing is reasonable! I recommend that you call Stain Patrol for all your cleaning needs.

I live out of state, and I tried out Stain Patrol and they are amazing. The rental was left in bad shape and Stain Patrol made this place shine. I will use them always now on my rental. thank you so much Miss L
06/06/19, Sorry that I have to update this review. Since I lived out of state I had to take the word of photos. My house got a new tenant about about May 20. The new tenant contacted my property Mgmt and said that the carpets were really smelling. They sent some photos that show stains that the photos showed was gone but after drying well, the smell of pet urine was coming out. I called Stain Patrol several times to get an appt. with the tenants and check it out. She never did, I texted a couple of times and nothing. So I either had to pay to re do the carpets or replace them. I asked if deo and stain removal was used and all I got was yes. They could have gone out and checked but they did not. So, I learned my lesson. I will not ever use this Co again. I thought I found someone I could depend on to do all my cleaning needs along with the Realtor I used cleaning needs. Stain patrol was to a move in ready cleaning. Not just carpets. I am getting pictures of things that are not clean. So this was a very bad job that I just couldn't see in Photos or some photos not sent. My invoice was just a text with pricing but no letterhead or anything. I am having a problem with the book keeper saying that is not an acceptable invoice. Next time I will go with Coit and other big name so I know I am covered. They got their $700.00 right away but then did not stand behind their work.
